Electronic Mail

We provide online support for help with orders, inquiries on our products and assistance with our patterns in case of pattern error. We apologize that we can not provide either one-on-one assistance with basic knit and crochet questions or general "how to" questions concerning our patterns. If you are looking for some immediate “hands-on” help, please visit one of the following websites.

  • Stitch Diva Studios Fans on Ravelry: Discussion and help with our patterns (for Ravelry members only – membership is free!)

  • Pattern Corrections: We try our best, but errors sometimes slip into our patterns.  Our pattern corrections are available on the corresponding pattern page on our website.
  • Visit one of our Retailers: There are hundreds of yarn stores that retail our patterns and our retailers are a great source of real-life, hands-on help!
