Correcting Errors

If you have never done short rows before, we recommend not only that you review our short rows tutorial for standard knitting, but also that you do a project using short rows in standard knitting before attempting to use short rows in double knitting. Short rows in double knitting are similar to standard short rows in that: you need to work a partial row only (remember to end on an opposite side stitch) you will pick up wraps (either knitwise or purlwise) (you will always pick up wraps in facing/opposite side pairs) Where short rows in double knitting are a little different is in their method of wrapping stitches at the end of the short row.
