These individually-sold knitting needles were created by artisan Ed Jenkins at our request because we were having a hard time finding good-quality knitting needles in extra-large sizes.

They are PERFECT for broomstick lace, and now they are sold individually (if you buy a minimum of 2 sizes). No need to buy a pair of needles if you are primarily a crocheter who does broomstick lace!

Have you ever noticed the big jump in sizes between needles at the larger range? Ed Jenkins has created the #16, #27 and the #42 to provide an intermediary size between #15, #17, #19, #35, #50. Use these exclusive needles to have more control of your broomstick lace gauge!

Each Jenkins Woodworking needle is individually crafted by artisan Ed Jenkins, then carefully sanded and finished by his wife, Wanda.
