Knitting Kit - Not actual garment

This kit includes the yarn to create the Cashmere Glamour Capelet and it also includes a downloadable version* of the pattern. We offer this kit in Tilli Tomas Artisan Sock Yarn. It is a luxurious blend of superwash merino wool and nylon. This yarn is not the yarn featured in the photography because the featured has been discontinued, but this yarn has been selected by the designer to achieve similar results.

Just right to fight the nip in the air, this versatile flared capelet is the perfect shoulder-draping accent when you need just a little warmth with your style. Knit in one piece from the top down, the garment requires minimal finishing. Although engineered for mostly easy, auto-pilot stitching, this project does use one or two techniques that might teach you something, too. In addition to featuring a knit-in hem collar, it uses picked-up stitches for a snug ribbed collar , delicate yarn-over increasing, and feminine short-row layers about the sides.

The following tools are suggested for this pattern. As with any knit/crochet pattern, you must select the size of your hook/needle based on your own personal gauge after making a gauge swatch. Links below are suggestions only:

US #6 / 4mm circular needles (32" for body)
Additional needle, same size or smaller than circular needle
