I never received my order, and the delivery confirmation number says it is in transit.
This happens rarely, but please follow these steps if this is via USPS (US Postal Service). First, please check with your post office to see if they are holding the package. Sometimes they forget to leave notices. If they do not have it and it is within 30 days of your order, please contact us with your order info and we will put a trace on the package. If the package is indeed declared "lost" by the USPS and doesn't arrive within 45 days, we will replace your order.
I never received my order, even though the delivery confirmation number says it was delivered.
First, please check with your post office to see if they are holding the package. Sometimes they forget to leave notices. If they do not have it, yet they claim you received the package, we have to stand by that. We are sorry that we are unable to provide a refund or replacement on packages that are claimed "delivered" by the carrier.

Can you help me resize one of your patterns?
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources required to modify our patterns to fit other-than-published sizes based on customer request. We have included some information that you may find helpful in attempting to modify our patterns for yourself. Pattern modification is based on gauge. By understanding the number of rows and stitches that you are knitting/crocheting in a 4" x 4" square (minimum size to accurately swatch), you are able to determine the number of rows and stitches you require to knit/crochet any shape you can dream up. While this exercise is mainly mathematical and based on preportion, it is an exercise in artistry as well and many people learn how to modify patterns through hard-won experience and hands-on classes. Many local yarn stores will offer pattern modification classes. In addition to yarn stores, events such as CGOA/TKGA and Stitches offer workshops in pattern modification. Although we are unaware of any websites that offer info on pattern modification, there are 2 currently available books we know of that offer some instruction in modifying a pattern:
