"Just a quick note to let you know how much I love your designs. There is a huge need for those of us who enjoy crocheting to be able to create trendy, youthful projects that are enjoyable to give as gifts, as well as to wear. Elderly lady cardigans and afghans can only get one so far!" -Michaelene A

Crochet Broomstick Lace Pattern - Hourglass Jacket
SDS-044
Crochet Broomstick Pattern - Not actual garment
Probably one of the fastest fitted crochet jackets you can make! Designed to enhance the female silhouette, this crochet broomstick
jacket works up in a “Jiffy” because the technique is inherently fast. Worked top-down, this jacket is crocheted in one piece
with no seaming required. Options for two sleeve lengths are provided: short or mid-length.
Recommended Needles: Use a pair of
Jenkins #19 Knitting Needles for
this project. A pair is required for working Broomstick in the round.
The Jenkins needles provide a long working area and will fit the entire width of
the jacket on one needle.

Love it. I have never done broomstick crochet, but after watching the tutorial and sending an email to Stitch Diva filled with questions, I'm almost done with this pattern. It's actually quite simple and works up beautifully.

videos are brilliant as i never imagined that i would consider doing broomstick, but it actually looks easy. well done for the video. Now to my query; could this pattern be done left-handed. I have tried to use the crochet the right handed way but my brain protests violently against it!
